A helpful breakdown of everything you need to think about for The Big Day

Music & Entertainment
Do you want a band? A DJ? Or would you rather
curate your own playlist and allocate this money
towards other experiences for your guests? Do
you want a performer for your introduction, or
just music?
4. Are you having your ceremony with us? If
Ceremony, Celebrant & Signing
yes, you’ll need a celebrant for the legalities.
Reach out to AM Celebrants or numerous other
individuals or collectives.
however you will want to involve some details.
Reach out to Make Believe events, or start
piecing your decorative plans together yourself
(this can be great fun if you have the time, also
incredibly cost effective!)
Get Organised
6. Take
your time, with catering booked your guests
are fed. With the Bridge Garden’s bar team,
your guests are watered. Enjoy the process of
planning your wedding in your own image!
Ensure you have the memories of your perfect
day captured, reach out to our partner supplier
Andrew Jackson wedding Photography or
inform us of the media personnel you have
planned to capture your day.
7. Decide upon any drinks packages you want
Drinks Packages
to offer, fizz on arrival? Drinks tokens for the
evening? Beer and Wine on the table? We have
some great standardised options but we also
love to build bespoke packages tailored to our
couples.
Order
8. AtRunning
this stage, the fundamentals of your wedding
booking are in place, you’ll still need to consider
your running order however, we can schedule
a meeting and do this together. We don’t
impose a set time schedule however, there is
a natural ‘formula’ for the day: Guests need to
arrive prior to your ceremony, dinner should be
before dancing etc. Let us know if you need any
support!
Final Run Through
9. Final
run-through meeting, at the 6 weeks to
go mark we like to start collating all of your
final plans for the day. This helps to get your
wedding plans out of your head and into our
spreadsheets, we can dedicate as much time as
you need. At this point your wedding is within our
most important priorities.
